With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the contradiction between the rapid increase of urban population and the shortage of land resources is becoming more and more prominent,and the high-density development of urban homes has become the construction norm.The new technological revolution promotes the integration of the homeland and the wellbeing of the people, and further advances the harmonious development of the urban homeland among people and between man and nature.This project selects Baihua District,an education hot spot in Shenzhen,takes the education space as the topic,focuses on the transformation of high-density community space,and creates customized, diversified,time-sharing and green new urban homes by means of meta-cosmic technology to activate urban space.
