Paulette Insall

My art is about the search for connection....to self, to like minded souls, and to God. My paintings are depictions of my soul's landscape....a visual record of my emotions while engaged in the creative process. My creative process is much like therapy for me....a way that I can work through things I'm dealing with.....things from my past that may have been long buried or forgotten and also from my present...a vehicle for self-reflection and healing. My hope is when you engage with my art that you will be brought into the present moment and you will see yourself in the work in some way.....that it will open a conversation with your soul....and let you know that you are not alone....that you are loved.....and find comfort in that knowing.
