t a wedding in Cana, Jesus at his mother Mary’s request, helped a newly-married couple by turning water into wine for their feast. This is the first sign of his compassion and generosity. The first sign of his love. Every family is supported by Jesus and Mary. We are all being asked by our Blessed Mother to “do whatever Jesus tells us.”

This Chaplet is meant to recall the story of salvation through the lives of Jesus and Mary. It is intended to spur devotion to the Rosary and the Holy Mass through reflections on the principal celebrations of the liturgical year. The Chaplet may be prayed as a devotion which can be recited in any liturgical season. When prayed, about 72 Hail Marys will be recited, corresponding to the traditionally accepted lifetime of our Blessed Mother of 72 years of earthly life. The first part starts with the Apostle’s Creed as an expression of faith in the story of Jesus and Mary. It is followed by a reflection on the Immaculate Conception and the Our Father. Then 24 reflections follow which correspond to the life of Christ until the descent of the Holy Spirit. It is followed by the Hail Mary. The last part ends with the reflection on the Assumption and the Glory to the Father. The last prayer is the Hail Holy Queen which acknowledges our Blessed Mother’s Queenship.

Apostle’s Creed I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended into hell; on the third day He rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen. 1.

IMMACULATE CONCEPTION Our Blessed Mother Mary is conceived without original sin.

Our Father Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. (3x)
