Keep up with information There are lots of things you can do to stay up to date.
You can catch up on all your followed channels in your Activity feed. Click Activity Filter > Following.
Arrange your teams 1.
To reorder your teams, click Teams then click and drag the team name anywhere in your teams list.

Every team you belong to shows up in your team list, either in your favourites or inside the More menu at the bottom of your list
Favourite a channel 1.
From within the channel, click Favourite next to the channel name.
Explore the Activity Feed Select Activity to see your Activity feed, which is a summary of everything that's happened in the team channels you follow. You can also select Filter to show only certain types of messages such as unread messages, @mentions, replies and likes. When a red circle appears next to Activity
, you have a notification such as a @mention or a reply that you can see in your feed. To help get you up and running, Teams automatically favourites the five most popular channels in every new team you join.
For a more specific feed, go to the Feed menu and select My activity. You'll see a list of everything you've been up to lately in Teams.
Follow a channel 1.
To follow a channel, go to the channel name. Then click More options Follow this channel.

Another way to check your notifications is to use the command box at the top of Teams • Type “/unread” to see your unread channel notifications
3. To further customise your notification settings, click your profile picture at the top of the app and then click Settings > Notifications. Here you can fine-tune what notifications you receive and how they appear.
• Type “/mentions” to see all your @mentions

Manage Notifications There are several ways to customise your notifications. 1. Click More options next to a notification to start managing your feed.
2. From the menu, you can mark a notification as read or unread. You can also follow or unfollow the channel or team where the notification was posted.
