You can use water, fruit juice like apple, orange or pineapple, coconut water or coconut milk. You can adjust the thickness of the diet shake by using fruits and juice in the
right proportion. If you want a thick shake then you can use a pulpy fruit with less fruit juice. If you want a juicy touch, then add more juice to your shake. Use pulpy fruits such as mangoes, peaches and bananas. For a non creamy meal replacement diet shake, use pineapple, apple, grape or watermelon juice. To make your diet shake more healthy and green, you can add spinach, vanilla, ginger, dry fruits, parsley, mint, lemons; whichever gratifies your taste buds. Add sugar to sweeten or use honey or maple syrup which is healthier than sugar.
