Welcome Welcome to the 2020 Frontrunner brochure, now entering our 15th year we are certainly in this for the “long haul”. Our first year in the new premises has not been without issues, mainly space, but we have taken a container to hold some of our slower moving stock and the infamous Santa Suits. We still offer the “one stop” shop ethos, BUT if you can’t see what you are looking for just give us a ring or send an email and we will find it for you.

2019 Staff Changes In 2019 we have seen a change in staffing here at Frontrunner the likes of which we have not seen before. Megan (sales) who had been with us since school for the past 6 years has moved on to go to University in Lincoln to study Event Management, whilst sad to see her go we wish her every success in the future. Ben from our artwork team has moved back nearer to home as the commute was starting to take its toll especially in the winter. After much searching, Kathy our Creative Designer has increased her team to 3 with the additions of Chris and Jess, both graduated from the same Graphic Design course at University and now work here at Frontrunner.

The Landry Family Harrison has now joined “The Firm” in our sales department after a year working for a large format printing company. This happened slightly ahead of schedule with Megan moving on. We welcome Harrison to the team, he now heads up the Clock Operations and can be seen with me at many events throughout the country. Oliver, after finishing his GCSE exams and not sure which direction to go in and still keen on his football, was invited for a trial for the Lincoln City Shadow Development Squad for 2019 for 2 years. This is a BTEC course and involves training daily with study half the day and matches on a Wednesday. With his course and Captaining Lincoln United U18’s on a Sunday, Oliver is fulfilling his ambitions.

Neil & Amanda Still hard at it within the business and trying, like most, to sort the “work-home life” balance out .... Having the business in the village we live in does help and cuts out travelling time.

HOW TO PAY We do not require payment at the time of ordering. Your invoice will be sent to you on receipt of goods, payment is then due. However, we do reserve the right to ask for full or part payment on placement of your order. Payment can be made using one of the following methods. ARTWORK Ideally artwork should be supplied via email in these formats, eps, pdf, tiff, jpg. Minimum of 300dpi (maximum file size of 7MB). As all services and products provided are bespoke and to a customers specification, cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs. If a job is cancelled after proofing but prior to production a charge for artwork will be applied.

DELIVERY Stock items can be despatched the same day if required (subject to availability). Allow 2-3 weeks for personalised products. All consignments will be sent by carrier on our standard next day delivery service (small items via Royal Mail). Carriage costs are calculated by weight and area postal charges. A small surcharge will be added to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Protex is water and tear resistant, and is ideal for Fun Runs, 10k’s and Half Marathons. The numbers come complete with a drilled hole in each corner. They measure 220mm x 210mm. On standard protex there is a minimum order of 50, after the initial 50 any amount available. Start with any number.

Tyvek is totally water and tear proof. It is the ideal choice for Marathons and Triathlons. Numbers measure 220mm x 210mm. There is a minimum order of 100 and in increments of 100 thereafter. Start with any number, e.g. 141-240.

Our in-house designers will work with you to create a unique and original medal tailored to your requirements. We can use your own design, logo and colours to provide an eye-catching medal which competitors will want to treasure and keep to celebrate their achievement. This Design service is *free with medals ordered through www.frontrunner.org.uk *All artwork produced will remain the property of Frontrunner Lincs. Ltd. until an order using such artwork is produced. If no order is placed an artowrk charge will be incurred per design and/or proof.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS OF YOUR MEDALS Once your design has been approved, production will start and your medals begin their journey to our warehouse from the factory in China. There are two options to choose from to get your medals here, Sea Freight which takes 10-12 weeks, or if you need your medals quicker, Air Freight which takes 5-6 weeks and carries a fly in charge. Both options run from approval of the design to Frontrunner taking delivery. As soon as they arrive at the Frontrunner warehouse, they are sent out by courier on a next day service.

We will design your ribbon as normal, all you need to do is to send us your old medals and we will remove the ribbons and sew the new ribbons on. This service works out at approximately 50p per medal dependent on quantity. There is a set up charge for the ribbons of £25.00 per design. Lead time for this is 4 weeks with a minimum order of 50 ribbons.
