Spirituality

As I continue to seek after God, which is an ongoing process, I find myself working my way through a maze of man-made traditions, attempting to find my way back to authentic spirituality. To be clear, there is a difference between the traditions of man, which are opinion-based and determined by personal preferences instead of spiritual principles, and the traditions of God, which is the expansion of a spiritual principle with both spiritual AND natural applications and implications.

There is an ANTI-TRADITION movement afoot in the body of Christ that is taking us off of our foundational footing. We must be careful not to get swept away. (2 Timothy 2:15-19 KJV)

This new wave of doctrines of devils is sweeping the nation currently by twisting the Scriptures to justify things that the Scriptures CLEARLY CONDEMN. (2 Timothy 4:3-4 KJV) The Bible, that some no longer believe in, prophesied 2000 years ago that you would become too smart for your own GOOD and cast the Word of God aside in the pursuit of vain philosophies.

One of the great dangers of social media is that it gives people who are skillful and articulate in doctrines of devils access to gullible people who are not strong enough in their faith or Biblically literate enough to know that a half truth is a WHOLE LIE. Satan attempted to use the Scriptures to persuade Jesus to JUMP from the pinnacle of the Temple. (Matthew 4:5-7 KJV) When the Word of God is wrongly divided, that which would be truth when rightly divided, then becomes UNTRUTH. (1 Corinthians 2:13-16 KJV)

While our primary focus and emphasis will always be upon the pursuit of the knowledge of God, it is a dangerous thing not to have a working knowledge of the modus operandi of the devil. In order to walk in authentic, Biblical spirituality, a spiritual person not only has to understand how God operates but must also know how the devil operates.

The best way to guard against deceptive, misleading, satanic suggestions is to monitor and guard your mind. (Proverbs 4:23 KJV) The manifestation of the sons of God is the purpose and destiny of every child of God brought to fruition through faith, faithfulness and follow through. (Romans 8:17-19)

When the world sees the glory of God revealed IN US, they will literally come running saying, “What must I do to be saved?”
