HANDLING THE INVERTER

Incorrecthandling could cause the inverter to be operated improperly, service life t o be reducedextremely,and in theworstcase,theinverterto be damaged. Please handle the inverter properly in accordance with the information on each section as well as the precautions and instructions of this manual.

To relnovethefrontcover,holddownthewhitebuttonontop of thefrontcoverand pull thecol'ertoward y o u . (SeeFig. 1.) To reinstallthefrontcover,insertthecatches at thebottom of thecoverintothe sockets and pressthecoveragainstthechassis.(See Fig. 2 . ) \l'hen theinI.erter' is notequippedwiththeparameterunit,anaccessorycovercan be installedonthe front cover. To removetheaccessorycover,holddownthecenter of the sideface a n d pull theaccessorycovertowardyou.(See Fig. 3.)

To remove the parameterunit, loosen the installationscren.s ( 2 places)and pull the u n i t ton-arc1 3.0~1 as shon-11 in Fig. 4 . T o reinstalltheparameter unit, insertthe u n i t so that theconnector of the u n i t fits intothat of the inverteras s h o ~ ni n Fig. 4 . .-lfler securely fitting theparameterunitontothe ill\.el-ter, fix the u n i t l v i t h theinstallationscrews.
