The Pre-Purchase Comprehensive and Termite Package ($660 inc GST) includes many additional services such as: a pool fencing safety audit, a list of areas suspected of containing asbestos, inspection of retaining walls, condition of fences, RCDs and DFES compliant hardwired smoke detectors. Plate Height Building Inspection Perth
Plate height refers to the completion of brickwork at any given floor. The plate is the timber roofing element that is fixed down to the top of the completed wall. A plate height inspection will include a general check of the quality of all work carried out up to this point.

Roof Frame Building Inspection Perth
Practical Completion Inspection (PCI) in WA is an assessment of the home when it is practically complete. Practical completion does not necessarily mean 100% completion and there are usually some minor items that are not complete at this stage.
On a single-storey home in WA we will often carry out an inspection of the roof frame at the same time as the Plate Height Building Inspection. Generally, the roof is completed fairly quickly after the home reaches plate height.
