Coming Together

Community leaders fuel Collier County’s consistent growth and success

Welcome to The Naples 100—a showcase of the top business and community leaders who make Collier County a special place to live.

The caliber of local talent, smarts, and passion is beyond impressive, which makes it a daunting endeavor to choose only 100 (due to space limitations). Naples has a strong economy with a diverse mixture of home-grown and corporate powerhouses, and the economic landscape continually evolves with demographic and industry needs. The area also boasts unparalleled natural resources that draw visitors from around the world and attract new residents annually—with a current population of 386,161 that is expected to grow by 7.1 percent by 2024.

In addition, Collier County is blessed with a philanthropic spirit that is second to none, which provides a social safety net for the community’s most vulnerable residents and nurtures an array of cultural amenities. Collaboration is a common catchphrase in Collier County. Philanthropic foundations, local government, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and organizations, such as the Greater Naples Chamber, often team up to tackle issues such as education and career training, the arts, the environment, mental health services, and housing. With this spirit of collaboration, it’s no coincidence that The Naples 100 spotlights those who are not only successful in their professions, they are true leaders who often volunteer their time, money, and expertise to enhance the quality of life in Naples.

This coming-together—in the worst of times and the best of times—has consistently fueled Naples’ long-term stability and growth. Congratulations to each and every one who is featured in these pages—you are the ones who make Collier County a truly special place.
