Oficina de Sonhos® After the big day is over, one of the sure signs of success is when all your guests tell you what a wonderful time they had. Obviously it’s important that you enjoy yourselves, but it’s also crucial to consider your guests and the range of ages when organising your evening entertainment. Entertaining younger guests, amusing speeches, delicious food and beautiful table decorations are sure to impress and delight the majority of your guests, but they will have little impact on anyone under the age of ten. Alas, for these special guests, the wedding reception can be something of a chore. Children who aren’t entertained are likely to become restless and pester their parents. All of a sudden, neither the children nor parents are having a fun time and that’s not what you want. You can consider setting a challenge for the day. Face painting, magicians, balloon artists and bouncy castles are other great ideas.

Like to book supervision for the children in the Bouncy Castle -25€/ Hour (minimum 4 hours) Bouncy Castle Hire Terms and Conditions HIRE AGREEMENT Including Terms and Conditions of Hire It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncing Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed: This unit has an age limit of 12 years old (NO ADULTS). Please ensure no one over this age uses the equipment. No adults are to use this Bouncy Castle. If we know that this limit has been exceeded we will need to send the castle off for safety testing and the cost of any repair, if needed will be levied onto the customer. The deposit will be lost. No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge) All shoes, glasses, jewellery,badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle. No smoking or barbeques near the Bouncy Castle. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed. A responsible Adult must supervisethe Bouncy Castle at all times. Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbersaccording to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large andsmall Children from using it at the same time. Children Are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely toinjure or cause distress to others. If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch theblower off at the mains. D onot allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a Child could easilybounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users ingetting on or off! Ensure that no one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on theBouncy Castle as indeed any Child who is feeling unwell. Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is dangerous. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle. Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets. Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear § TheBouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used. Even with a shower cover, anything more than very light rain, then the castle should be turned off and the electric blower and any extension should be disconnected and brought in out of the rain. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The blower has a safety reset button, try pressing this, also check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away. § In the event of unsuitable weather, the full fee will still be payable for services and entertainments provided. Cancellation terms apply once a booking has been accepted, either verbally or in writing. We will only operate within accepted standards of Health & Safety and our staff on site reserve the right to refuse to provide services that contravene those standards or the terms of our insurance. Please ensure there is a minimum of 3 feet clear access to where the inflatable is going, and if there are any stairs. Failure to notify us of this could result in the cancellation of your equipment and the cancellation period applicable. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us. Disclaimer Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle do so at their own risk. The person/s or organization hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e. if it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge. Terms and Conditions Prices are valid only for private events. For other events contact us. All prices include VAT. In all services we provide you have to add travel fee, if applicable. Children's entertainment services For animations with more than 15 children recommend 2 entertainers. For animations that include Face Painting is required 1 table, 2 chairs. The inks used in the Face Painting are allergy friendly and professional the water based that come off easily by washing with soap and water or wipes. we use Snazaroo Professional Face Paint. All the services are subject to availability. Package with more than 3 hours should consider a staff meal for the entertainers. If the event conditions are not what we previously combined we reserve the right not to provide our services. The models in the photographs of the site and advertising may not correspond to the same people who perform the contracted services. The role of animators is exclusively to animate and energize the party, not falling on them the role of caring and super viewing children. The photos we take in the event can be used to promote our company,including site or advertising unless indicated otherwise in writing client. Children's faces will not be published or shared. We always preserve the identity of our customers and children. Is included in all our services, Liability Insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain permits for equipment to stay or animators in public places. Please note that we cannot offer to guarantee providing any one specific entertainer. This includes but is not limited to being unable to provide an entertainer/s based on their gender, age, ethnicity, or religion. We reserve the right to refuse a booking or to cancel an existing booking for any reason. This includes but is not limited to if a customer is abusive or threatening in some way, or we feel a booking might put an entertainer in a dangerous, inappropriate or uncomfortable position. Our balloon Decoration Service Unless you request otherwise, we usually set balloons up on arrival, to allow maximum float time. (Unless of course a balloon decoration takes a large amount of set up time to create). We will require parking in order to load and set up the balloons for you. Once the set up of the balloons is complete, the customer or another adult in the place must ensure that they are ok. we cannot take responsibility for any damage that occurs to balloons after this. Whilst we attempt to accommodate any preference to materials and colour requests, sometimes it may not be possible, but we will always get as close to it as we can for you. Should you not want the replacement item then you have the right to choose not to have it and you will not be charged for it. Payment you have to paid the balance in full, on the week before the event. if you decide on the day, that you need extra time, the price will be 25€/Hour for Pax. iAnd in the end for the event you should pay to the entertainer for the extra time. Liability Please note Oficina de Sonhos® does not take responsibility for children causing damage to a venue or any property that the party is held in. This includes, but is not limited to a home, hired venue or public area.Please note that all of our party packages are appropriate to the age of the children outlined on our website. You should be aware that the activities will not be appropriate for children outside the specified age range. If you have younger children attending the party we would askthat you please ensure that either the parent or an adult supervisor is there to look after them. Please note that our package are absolutely not suitable for children under 4 year olds. By booking a event with Oficina de Sonhos® you understand that you release us from any liability associated with accidents of any kind. This includes but is not limited to accidents occurring to any adults or children. You also release Oficina de Sonhos® from any liability associated with accidents or damage caused to furniture, fixtures or fitting or property of any kind not belonging to that of Oficina de Sonhos. If parties are held anywhere other than your home, we will assume that you have either hired the hall or had permission to use the space, and have deemed the space suitable and safe to use for the types of activities being provided by Oficina de Sonhos®.
