TEAYS VALLEY – The Teays Valley area of Putnam County has been ranked as one of the top five best places to live in West Virginia for 'Social Seekers' by Coldwell Banker Real Estate. In the rankings, Coldwell Banker defines areas for 'Social Seekers' as places which are perfect for the hip, trendy and fun at heart -- those who would rather go out than stay home any night of the week. Teays Valley was ranked as the fifth best place to live in West Virginia in the rankings. Morgantown was number one, followed by Shepherdstown, Charleston and Huntington. The list was compiled based on a range of attributes such as access to public transportation, high volume of bars and restaurants, nightlife and entertainment. Additional attributes focus on the behaviors of the residents of the town, such as the amount of money spent on entertainment. The synthetic drugs are marketed under names such as K2 or Spice and are also presented under misleading labels as incense, bath salts or plant food. Under the court order announced Thursday, July 19, Nutragenomics is prohibited from conducting business in West Virginia and must prominently
place a notice on all of its Internet pages that it is banned from selling to West Virginia residents. Also as part of the court order, Nutragenomics must not deceive consumers by claiming that its chemical compounds SEE BAN ON PAGE 3
