transform dallas: work day

PCPC is participating in a citywide day of service called Transform Dallas on Saturday, April 8. There are numerous projects and opportunities to serve with various PCPC ministry partners, and the timeframe varies based on the project location. Solitude with the Lord is a vital means of grace to grow in the knowledge of God and provides the ground out of which community grows. This semisilent retreat offers participants the opportunity to quietly meditate on God’s Word in a beautiful setting as they enjoy their own private room. The retreat includes two brief teaching times with discussion and the remaining time in silence. amazing jakes with middle school ministry

Parents and 4th graders, come meet the Middle School ministry staff for a couple of hours of fun at Amazing Jakes in Plano Saturday, April 29, 12:00–2:00 pm. We will chow down at the pizza buffet, play lots of arcade games, race go-karts, and play laser tag. The cost per 4th grader for the event is $15, which includes a pizza buffet, unlimited drinks, 2 hours of unlimited rides, and a $10 arcade card. Parents are invited to attend too and can enter in at no cost. If siblings are coming along and wish to enjoy the attractions, rides, and lunch, the cost is $15.
