Our Mission The mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church is to proclaim to all people the everlasting gospel in the context of the three angels’ messages of Revelation 14:6-12; leading them to accept Jesus as their personal Saviour, and unite with God’s church, nurturing them in preparation for Jesus’ soon return.

PRINCIPLES OF OUR FAITH The Holy Bible is the written word of God (2 Tim 3:16-17)

There is one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, a unity of three co-eternal persons (Deut 6:4)

God is the creator of all things (Gen 1 & 2)

Jesus Christ is our saviour (John 1:1-3, 14)

The Holy Spirit is our comforter (John 15:26)

Men and women are made in the image of God (Gen 1:26-28)

Salvation is received by grace through faith (Eph 2:8-9)

Baptism by immersion in water (Rom 6:1-6)

Lord’s Supper (1 Cor 10:16)

Spiritual gifts (Rom 12: 4-8)

The gift of prophecy (Joel 2:28, 29)

That the law of the Ten Commandments is the standard of righteousness by which all will be judged and which all Christians are commanded to obey (James 2:10-12)

The seventh day is God’s Sabbath from sunset Friday to

sunset Saturday (Gen 2:1-3)

That the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and is not to be defiled by alcohol, tobacco, drugs or wrong eating habits (1 Cor 6:19-20)

DIVINE WORSHIP SONGS Praise Him 1, Praise him, praise him, praise him, praise him! Jesus, blessed Saviour, he's worthy to be praised. From the rising of the sun until the going down of the same, he's worthy, Jesus is worthy, he's worthy to be praised. Praise him, praise him, praise him, praise him! Jesus, blessed Saviour, he's worthy to be praised.

671 As We Come To You In Prayer Now, dear Lord, as we pray, take our hearts and minds far away, From the press of the world all around To your throne where grace does abound. May our lives be transformed by Your love, May our souls be refreshed from above. At this moment, let people everywhere Join us now as we come to you in prayer.

684 Hear Our Prayer, O Lord Hear our pray, O Lord, Hear our Pray, O Lord; Incline Thine ear to us, And grant us Thy peace. Amen.

690 Dismiss Us, Lord, With Blessing Dismiss us, Lord, with blessing, we pray; As from Thy worship we go our ways; Guide in life’s conflicts, all through the day; Save in Thy kingdom, Thine be the praise. Amen.
