Directions for Implementing the Role of Participation Officers in the Executive Yu an and Subordinate Agencies ďƒ˜ Purpose: In order to standardize the implementation of the open government liaison mechanis m (Participation Officers, PO) by the Executive Yuan and its affiliates, implement the concept of an open government and establish the trusted partnership between the government and socie ty. ďƒ˜ Supervision: The contacts of Open Government liaison (Participation Officers, PO), supervised by the deputy head of the agency or the chief information officer, and depending on the needs of the business, appoint personnel to the organization. ďƒ˜ Member: The POs need to consider the issue to be flexible to operate, and to strengthen the c ommunication within the organization. Each agency can work together with members of the co ngressional liaison, press media, information, supervision and evaluation, or related business p ersonnel to form a working group to collaborate.

心得 唐政委說：「無論人權、民主，全世界被打壓的 理念很多，臺灣其實是裡面最強的一個，因為我 們知道被打壓的感受，發展出各種突破限制的方 法，這對全世界希望伸張民主、自由、協作等理 念的朋友來說，都是非常有價值的。所以我們不 只是軟實力，而是暖實力，對於需要的人，我們 都可以提供援助。」
