YOUTH ATHLETICS
This program will add layers to each athlete’s basic foundation, advance their knowledge and enhance their skill-set in volleyball so they can compete for travel, club level, or high school positions. Each 1-hour session will include 10-15 minutes of athletic conditioning with sport specific drills that will be modified according to each child’s age or ability. Athletes will learn to compete and handle the pressures of competition by being introduced to the game and performance situations. Age:................ 8-12 years Instructor:....... Baseball Skills (KM)
This class is designed to keep kids moving and learning at all times. Our main focus is to have FUN. We believe a love for the game must be developed for them to move on. We will cover the correct fundamentals of throwing, hitting, fielding and running the bases. We will cover the game in detail while having fun. Junior Volleyball Skills & Drills (KM) Improve your volleyball skills with 60 minutes of drills in setting, passing, overhand serving and spiking. The lesson plan directs the use of self-mastery training and groups that help each student reach a new level. You will also develop a good understanding of each position on offense and defense.
