What better way to celebrate the fall, but with a class full of goodies!! Each child will receive a Fall-Fest tray that will be filled with cookies and brownies. We will use frosting and toppings to design a baker’s masterpiece to show off to our family and friends. This special class would not be complete without designing awesome trick-or-treat bags. Moms, bring your daughters to this amazing class and learn the skills to create a variety of simple up do’s and braids. Forget going to the beauty shop every time she needs her hair done for dance, cheer, gymnastics, the school play or even the holidays. A variety of styles will be taught to accommodate different age groups. Each girl will choose from a sparkly collection of clips and glitters to polish off her new look. Goodie bags are included. Come create a treasured memory with that special guy in your life. Staff will be hosting and assisting each couple to make adorable gifts for family members. Each couple will be designing (3) personalized gifts: A beaded item, ceramic craft and wooden treasure for any kind of family recipient. Learn to make a new rubber band powered flying model from balsa wood. Have fun building, flying, and learning how to fix the models if they break. Each week a new model will be assembled. All models will be tested and then taken home. Co-op WS

Manners Matter (TC)

Looking to help your child gain the poise and confidence of social etiquette? Children will learn the basic skills needed to help them navigate in various social situations with ease and certainty. My focus is on teaching manners as a demonstration of kindness, consideration and respect toward others. This class offers the “other voice” to convey the common courtesies that parents try to teach at home. Topics include: introductions, conversation, telephone and technology manners, writing thank-you notes, and table manners.
