Fat Stock Show and Sale Committee will not be responsible for any accident or injury occurring to exhibitors, the public or exhibits.

Entries must be brought in Tuesday, July 2, but not before 5:00 pm. This will allow the Neepawa & Area 4-H Beef Club time to complete their Achievement.

Fees to camp overnight at the Neepawa fairgrounds are $25/night. Any families camping overnight should pay the fees to their club’s head leader.

Water and bedding will be provided, but the exhibitor must bring his/her own feed.

There will be no night watchman. Each 4-H Club is responsible for late night check of their animals.

All steers will be weighed at 7:30 am on July 3rd. According to these weights, the steers (not including progeny steers) will be divided into weight classes for the Inter-Club Show. As well, the weights will be used for the Sale of Steers.

No humbugs to be used on any steer for inter-club competition. No sedatives are allowed.

Cow-Paddy Bingo will start at 6:45 pm followed by Sale of Steers at 7:00 pm.

No shrinkage will be deducted for steer weights.

Terms of sale: prices F.O.B. Neepawa.

-Members are responsible for delivery of steers to the purchasers choice of destination

Sale commission will be determined after all expenses are accounted for. All other animals showing, members pay $45.00/heifer, $40.00/calendar calf and $60.00/cow/calf pair.

During the sale, each club is asked to have one volunteer help move steers to holding pens from sale ring. Three volunteers at a time will co-ordinate this (there would not be a volunteer from the club selling in the ring). Also, each club is to have one person help load steers following the sale.

Order of Sale: Grand Champion, Reserve Grand Champion and the remainder in order of placing in the club:
