Palmer Charolais hosted their 11th Annual Bull Sale at the farm, and guests were treated to some wonderful hospitality. Another consistent, quality offering was put forth by the Herback family, which was well received by purebred and commercial cattlemen. Consistent and steady demand was seen throughout the sale. An impressive average was realized. Turnbull Duty-Free sons were still in demand, leading the offering as high sellers. Bulls were purchased by producers in three Canadian provinces and one state. Brad Rutten purchased the high seller David Doll, of Doll Charolais Ranch, purchased the second high seller of the day daughter. Sold for $11,000 to Pratt Ranches Ltd., High Prairie, AB.

Raymond Paschke selected a Duty-Free son for his Pine Bluff Farm herd Woody Klassen was the volume buyer, taking home four herdbulls, including a high seller 8021F, out of a High Bluff Bushwacker 27B daughter. Sold for $18,000 to JK Charolais, Lansdowne, ON.
