How Does A Cashless Society Bring Us Closer To The End Of Times
As I mentioned previously the signing of a peace agreement between Israel and the muslim nations will usher in the great tribulation period. It will mark the beginning of the final 7 years of this present age. Revelation of the Bible 6-19 describes this time. These 14 chapters will focus on the terrible judgements God will send upon our world during these end times. There will be 3 sets of judgements God will use. There will be 7 seal judgements, Revelation 6-7 trumpet judgements, Revelation 8-11 and 7 bowl judgements, Revelation 16. These series of judgements will be poured out successsively during this time. The 7 seals will probably begin at first. The 7 trumpets will probably happen during the middle of this 7 year period. The 7 borols near the end of this period just before Christ returns. After this calamity ends armies from all over the world will gather for a gigantic war between Satan and Jesus Christ at a place called Armageddon in northern Israel. This will be the most severe of all wars. Before the war is resolved and the victor determined Jesus Christ will come back in all power and glory from heaven along with millions of angels and raptured saints. He will destroy Satan’s armies and bring in his own kingdom of peace and righteousness on earth. But before these things happen our world will probably go from paper and coins to plastic and a cashless society. Currency coins and checks are slowly leaving us as ways of doing everyday business. We will become a plastic nation. The age of cashless transactions is here. Folks the next time you shop at Walmart look around how people are paying for their food. Folks people are using credit & debit cards for meals, fuel, movies, groceries, clothing and even New York City taxi cabs are equipped with electronic card readers. Ask yourselves do I use a credit card instead of cash? There is nothing wrong with using plastic in fact they are very helpful, fast and efficient. However it’s easy to see how all of this can bring a cashless society closer to us. We are all aware of the financial problems our world is going through and the shift of more government control and world globalism. The absence of cash will give the antichrist the means to enforce his full control of the world financial market. Thank goodness this time is not here yet but fast moving in that direction. Good Ole Boys
Our granddaddy was a hardworking man. He would also do odd jobs for some of his neighbors. One of the jobs he did was to make bars out of boars. You know, make geldings out of male pigs. That story later but for now I'll tell you about his job that he worked every Wednesday. Every Wednesday our granddaddy worked at the stock market from before we woke up until late at night. Sometimes he would even come in after we went to bed. If he thought he was going to be that late, we would all stay at his sister's house. I don’t remember her name, we didn’t spend much time over there, but she lived right in front of the Assembly of God Church we went to in town. I remember granddaddy talking about the different jobs he would do at the market. We would sit around and listen to how he would move all the cows and how big their horns were and how he would almost get stuck with them and about how the pigs would squeal and snort and try to bite you. Our granddaddy was not afraid of anything. Listening to him was the most fun. He was the best, always making jokes about the hard work. The stories would make us think that we were there. It was almost like you knew everyone that worked there by name. Grandma didn’t drive or at least I never saw her, I am pretty sure she didn’t have a driver’s license. So the few times we went to see granddaddy at the market we had to ride with our Uncle Joe. He had a truck and trailer and people would hire him to pick up their cows or pigs and he would take them to the market. As we got old enough, we would sometimes go with him to help. The last year we went to Chipley for the summer I was 15 years old. I had asked my granddaddy lots of times if I could go work at the market with him. He would say as soon as I was big enough I could. Well I don’t know about big enough, but I was old enough, so one morning granddaddy took me with him. Oh my goodness, it was just like he said. What a day. What a wonderful day with my granddaddy. The stories that we now told together, were priceless...
