Our World is Still Plagued with Weather Disasters
Folks, these diasters with the weather are going to get worse. The Bible gives us information on it, large scale nature related disasters are increasing. Every week it seems our Earth unleashes devastating violence of some sort. If it’s not a flood or fire, it’s a tornado or earthquake. Our Earth is going through a warning trend which benefited America in the 1950’s and 1960’s. but then something is going wrong. Since the 1980’s the weather has grown extremely fierce. Earthquakes alone has killed 780,000 people. So what is going on, folks? Whatever the cause, the trend has only gotten worse. Tornado’s are crippling our midwest states - Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. We all know what damage hurricane Irma has done to Florida. On and on the list goes, record disasters are happening at a fast pace. Scientists are searching for explanations within our natural world, particularly as disasters increase in their frequency. God’s word, the bible; explains why these disasters happen, their causes are from the first book of the Bible to the last. God has control over all these weather disasters. Didn’t Jesus still a storm with just a few words? Obedience to God and his laws is a must for receiving blessings of favorable weather and environmental conditions. An old testment scripture Leviticus 26:14:25 tells us “But if ye will not hearken unto me and will not do my comandments and don’t obey God, he will bring upon us intensifying curses.” The old testaments prophets Amos for one was trying to help people see the connection between extreme weather upsets and the human sin. God wants this world to learn that he controls the weather. The Bible relates that these are a direct connection between the weather we experience and how we are living. These weather disasters will increase because of human disobedience to God’s laws and his authority. Folks, ask yourself this question, do we really have the proper fear of our God on the way we, his historians are stating. America is going the way of ancient Rome. We need to condition our minds for catastrophe because they are coming. Folks, the fact is until we get right with God, the troubling signs that we see plaguing mankind will only accelerate into disaster of global proportions. Biblical prophecy guarantees that. Folks, how many warnings do we need from the Bible to walk with God? Weather disasters as they increase in frequency and intensity are actually filling biblical prophecy. These disasters wil bring on famine, folks. We are not living in normal times. Pray for our country, folks; because time is short. Thank you.

Amber Kay Gainous age 53, passed away June 26, 2018 at Florida Hospital in Tampa. She was born October 12, 1964 in Avon Park. Amber Kay worked as a cook in the restaurant business and in the kitchen of Hardee Correctional. She enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, going camping, sunbathing, and painting. She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Hazel Conley, and mother in law Sandra Gainous. Amber Kay is survived by her husband Martin “Marty” Gainous of Wauchula; father-inlaw Byron Gainous of Wauchula; three children, daughter Shayla Gainous of Fort Meade; son Martin Gainous Jr. of Wauchula, son Joshua Gainous and his wife Tian of Wauchula; four siblings, sister Cheryl Knapp and her husband Charlie of Avon Park, brother Tom Conley, sister Sue Carte and her husband Mark of Avon Park, sister Kim English and her husband Grant of Sarasota; two grandchildren Kylie Chapman, Kaden Chapman and numerous Nieces and Nephews. Mr. Horace Alfred King; 83 years of age passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on May 6, 1935 in Coffee County, Alabama to his late parents Roscoe and Elsie King. Horace is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 60 years Harriet as well as sons Bill & Sharon King, Robert & Kay King, Chuck & Donna Christ. The stuff Jerry was talking about was crazy. What kind of an animal would eat people? Was Jerry out of his head? Think about this for a minute. All these men were sitting around in a torn up cabin with blood everywhere listening to a man tell them about some kind of monster eating people. Doesn’t that seem crazy in itself? Anyway, Jerry continues telling them what happened after the thing looked him right in his eyes. He told them that he started running back to the cabin as fast as he could. He said he never looked back, that he was too scared. Whatever was chasing him was right on his heels. He could hear the brush and trees parting as this thing was getting closer and closer. When he reached the clearing right before the cabin he felt like this thing was going to catch him so he dove toward the front door of the cabin. Jerry just wasn’t fast enough, the monster got a hold of his neck and was trying to drag Jerry off when another one came out of the woods and attacked the one chasing him. That gave him time to get in the cabin and lock the door. He put everything he could find in front of the door, hoping that he could keep those things from getting to him. The door was working fine but now they were trying to get in the windows. Fortunately, they were way too big to get through the windows. But their long necks and heads could fit just fine. They tried to get in every window. Jerry was trying with all he had to keep these things outside, but he was beginning to think that they would find a way in. He was doing everything he could to prevent that. In all the excitement, Jerry had forgotten about his back door. That door was a very large door, made so he could get his big wash tubs in and out for his still. Just as they got to his back door, he tried to push the table up against the door but he was too late. It didn’t take but a second and both of the monsters came in the door. The only thing he could think of was to get in the cellar. He dove for the door and shut it just in time. The monsters were trying to get to Jerry as hard as they could. Between the chewing on the door to their fighting, the cabin was beginning to be destroyed. Jerry tried to hide in the corner of the cellar in hopes that they would figure that he was gone, but they didn’t stop fighting and were trying to chew the cellar door open. When they couldn’t get in the cellar door, they began to fight each other, breaking furniture and trying to kill each other. Jerry said that there was blood and slobber dripping down the cellar door. He was so scared that he didn’t even try to get up and look out. The noise was enough to scare you to death. It was like two cats fighting. Like two big animals fighting to their death. The whole building was shaking. Sometimes he thought that the floor of the old cabin was going to give way and then he would have them right in on him. After a long time, the noise quieted down and the movement stopped, but Jerry didn’t move any. He wasn’t about to go see what had happened. He knew it wasn’t going to be good. They were fighting way too long for there to be anything left in the cabin. When what seemed like a life time had passed with no noise or movement, Jerry decided to take a look. As he opened the cellar door, he could see the big scratches on the walls and all the furniture destroyed, but he still didn’t hear or see anything of those monsters. More and more he opened the cellar door, finally he could see the entire room of the cabin. There was nothing moving, no animals or creatures he could see, just a completely destroyed room with everything a mess. He slowly opened the cellar door all the way so he could see the back door where they had made their entrance. He looked around and was beginning to think that he had made it ok. Ever so slowly he went toward the back door. He thought if he could shut that door that they couldn’t get back in. When he reached the back door one of the monsters was chewing something right outside the door. Jerry was stunned for just a second, but when he made eye contact with the monster, he realized it was the same one at the river. Jerry jumped back but he was just not fast enough…
