TOP TEN Earth Day is April 22nd, and while we all think that we are doing our part to help the Earth stick around for a little bit longer, the truth is that we can all try a bit more. here are Peach Magazine's TOP TEN WAYS TO BE MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS! Recycle - The number one tried and true way to reduce your negative impact on the environment; it’s simple. Avoid Disposable Products - With so many new products on the market, even if you are traveling you can bring reusable cutlery, water bottles, etc. to make your life a little more green. Bring Your Own Grocery Bags - Bringing your own grocery bags to the supermarket will definitely reduce the amount of plastic each store goes through on a daily basis. UpCycle - Search Pinterest on ways that you can reuse your old items and make them new again. How can you make that old bookshelf a new item for your home? Switch Your Lightbulbs - Simple. Easy. Efficient. Lower your monthly cost on electricity and your impact on the environment. Smart House Systems - Installing a smart house system that can connect to all your bluetooth lights, AC/Heating Units, doors and locks can be incredibly efficient and make your life easier. Compost - Many people know what composting is, but do you know why it is effective? Reduce methane gases that are produced at landfills, but also contribute to fertilization of the soil by composting goods that are GOOD for the environment. Public Transit - SHARE the road to get more vehicles OFF the road. It’s a simple concept but in an age where we want to get where we are going as quickly as possible, that might cause some concern. Donate Used Goods - Old items that you have grown out of or are no longer of use to you can make another family or individual’s life incredibly easier and assist them in ways you couldn’t even imagine. See how you can donate today! Cleaner Cars - The newest trend is buying a fuel efficient or clean car. With so many cars on the market, how do you decide which is for you? Hybrid, Electric, Eco? Check your options and go from there!

Evan Peix is Sweet, His Music is Spicy

The Popular Gay Social Influencer/Advocate Shakes Up Gay Dancefloors BY MIKE BAHR

Evan Peix is injecting caliente Latino flavor into today’s gay clubs with his two energetic singles, “Tu Si” and “Me Elevas.” The songs are part of a music genre called “Guaracha,” a sound that originated in Cuba, acclaimed for combining a rapid tempo with bold lyrics.

“I was introduced to Guaracha two years ago while in Colombia,” Evan explains from his Miami home. “A cab driver played Fumaratto’s ‘Me Provocas’ and it literally threw me into a three-minute trance! I went into the studio to try my hand at Guaracha. That’s when ‘Tu-Si’ was born.” Written and produced by Evan Peix, “Tu Si” and its follow-up single, “Me Elevas”, are being distributed independently.

Videos for both are available on YouTube and they echo the frenetic, sultry joy of the singles. Many of the dancers, including Malik Delgaty, who poses with a ball python in “Tu Si,” are models Evan regularly collaborates with on his OnlyFans page. “It’s important for me that my songs and videos reflect the same Evan Peix that guys know from OnlyFans,” Evan says. “For me, the singer and the social influencer are intertwined. Everything I create is a reflection of my art and sexuality.”

Evan Peix was born in New York but moved to Bolivia when he was nineyears old to join the South American version of the Mickey Mouse Club. 10,000 kids auditioned for the show and only ten were selected. “I loved going to the studio every day for rehearsals and our weekly filming,” he says. He and the cast were the closest of pals for the four years of production and in that time, they released multiple albums together. The friends remain in touch today. “Each one of the members have paved their own unique careers in life,” Evan attests. “From TV news anchors to super models, singers, dancers… even a drag queen! I was always the provocative stripper,” he adds with a grin.

in Little Havana, Miami for $300 and spent the rest on protein shakes and a gym membership. I couldn’t afford furniture so I slept on a piece of cardboard.”

He found a job bussing tables, but wasn’t very good at it. “I dropped more than one plate on the lap of an unfortunate diner,” he recalls. A gym buddy suggested he try stripping and when he did, he found it to be, in his words, “easy as breathing”. It was also very lucrative. He saved his first $60,000 and enrolled in audio engineering school. “Fans are always surprised with how multifaceted I am,” he continues. “I produce songs, create and edit videos, play instruments, dance, sing, tumble… give me a stripper pole and prepare to be amazed!” Evan Peix is also a social advocate. He runs The Dreamer Project, an initiative that raises money for the needy in South America. The group recently came to the aid of male webcam models in Venezuela who were facing incarceration, charged with creating and distributing indecent content. “The Dreamer Project” helped to pay their hefty fines so that the men could find safety out of the country.

The Dreamer Project is now raising funds for Niños del Sol, an orphanage in Medellin, Colombia. The orphanage houses over twenty children and is in desperate need of food, clothing, and basic supplies for its youth. “Everyone should have the opportunity to pursue their life’s dreams,” says Evan. “Many good people have helped me to achieve mine. I’m happy to have the opportunity and the platform to be able to help others achieve theirs.”

EARTH TO THE GAYS How to reduce your rainbow footprint on this beautiful earth we all share By Scott King

Listen up, green queens. We’ve finally established some human rights for queer people on this planet. We don’t want them to be washed away, literally, with human civilization, do we? Imagine the brutes who might take charge in such a scenario. And you know it’s the lessers and the have nots who will suffer first. Even in modern times, gender nonconformists and queers will be among the first anarchic outcasts. So let’s save the planet. Let’s save the planet from the heat stroke and flooding that will sweep the feet of infrastructure right out from underneath us. It may not sound sexy, but infrastructure, like plumbing and electricity, is what keeps the government running. Infrastructure and civilization stave off chaos. They keep us from pure barbarism and a 24/7 will to power. Look at anyone from Vladimir Putin to Will Smith. Might makes right is not the world we want to live in. It’s not that complicated. We have to do better. Now. Sooner rather than later. Your trainer agrees. Here are some simple ways even the simplest gays can make this planet greener, healthier, and the rainbows oh so much brighter. WALK

Walk it off, queen. Walk. It. Off. It’s a beautiful world out there, for now. You can bring your phone with you (everybody needs a good podcast for company), but look up. Look out. Put one foot in front of the other. You’ll be there soon. CARPOOL For some reason, asking someone for a ride seems more invasive than asking them for a kidney. I cannot figure out why this is. I guess we associate our identity, our independence, with our cars. To the point where we cannot loan that space out to people, even people that we know well. It feels like such a burden. But sure. Have my kidney. Let me tell you everything about my private life on social media, but oh my god you asked me for a ride? That is so weird. We need to break down that wall. If you and your friends are meeting somewhere, offer to pick them up or share an Uber. If you’re going to go there, you may as well minimize. Also, it’s way more fun to flirt with Uber drivers in groups. DON’T GO OUT Netflix and chill, bro. With yourself. Have a cup of tea. Read a book. FOMO is so 2019. EAT LESS MEAT This one’s a toughy for me. I am going to stop eating red meat in 2031. The UN Council on Climate Change has

already said that we’re screwed for the next thirty years on rising global temperatures, so I figure everything I do in the next ten years is really kind of a wash. But 2031 is my year. No more hamburgers. No more shish kabobs. Unless the kabob is free range chicken. Veganism and vegetarianism are not for everyone, and the moral reasoning behind them is, to me, kind of narcissistic, but the environmental reasons are no laughing matter. Mass animal farming, especially that of cows, is a major contributor to greenhouse gas and global warming. So even if you don’t go full earth power green vegan, consider reducing the amount of meat products you consume. It’s only a little bit, but again, if everyone did it, or at least more people made an effort, it would be a different, better, healthier world. Start with yourself.

CONSUME LESS AND SMARTER I don’t know what’s in that! You did your research on the vaccine. Why can’t you now do the research on everything else you put into your body? Do you know what’s in that milkshake? Do you know what’s in that Slim Jim? How much do you know about the lives of the Kardashians? Vs. How much do you know about the products and the food that you bring into your home? Do you see where I’m going with this? Change your focus. Change your habits, both personal and consumerist. I promise you, your life, and your planet, will be better off for it. Think global. Act purposeful. Green looks good on you. Happy Earth Day!!

Dear Peach, I know that I am not the most environmentally conscious person out there and its really bothering me. I have been so down on myself lately too because I keep ordering out and I see the buildup of plastic takeout containers, the bottles of soda and water, etc that I keep throwing away. And since we dont have a separation of recycling here in Atlanta, I dont know what to do to minimize my impact. What are some tips I can take into account?

There are some easy fixes that you can use in these instances! Take Out: I have gone to a restaurant and legitimately ordered to sit, and then packaged all my food in containers that I brought from home. While I might look like a crazy person, it will take about the same amount of time and I can minimize using the plastic containers they provide. Water Bottles: There are SO MANY reusable bottles on the market right now that you can use. If you’re concerned about purified water versus tap water as well, there are bottles made by Brita for example that utilize a filter in the bottle so when you’re drinking, it is also purifying at the same time. Recycling: It’s hard but you can find local places that recycle as well. Another great tip is going to farmers markets and bringing your bags that you can put everything in. Dekalb Farmers Market for example is a great place to go searching for unique foods while also being conscious about minimizing plastic bag usage!
