And if real estate is any indication of the town’s overall economic health, local realtor Larry Guilbault says 2015 will be a robust year for Peachland. “It’s been relentless,” Guilbault said. 1 colour “It’s the first time we’ve actually had multiple PMS 072U offers on places. I think 2015 is going to be even better.” In fact, Guilbault says 2014 was a record year in townhome sales, with 18 sales at Lakeshore Gardens and prices up 14.9 per cent. Black In its 2014 annual Real Estate Review released late last week, Coldwell Banker revealed “excellent” market conditions. Using data compiled by the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board, the PM review shows a total of 186 real estate transactions in in Peachland last year, compared to 163 Bla in 2013 and 130 in 2012. In terms of home sales the review further shows 91 sales in Peachland. Of these single-family properties sold, 62 homes were priced less than $500,000. Of those homes, the average selling price was $387,475.66 and the average time to sell was up to 73 days. In the $500,000 to $1 million range, 29 homes were sold for an average price of $628,396.42. The average selling time was 82 days. One home was reportedly sold for over $1 million in only 24 days.
