RACIST THUGS LONE WOMAN HOSPITALISED BY ‘3 ASIAN MALES’ By Staff Reporters A WOMAN was left with horrific facial wounds after a racial attack in Batley. The 32-year-old was walking along Lady Ann Road when three men approached her at 6.45am on Tuesday, October 31, at first asking her “for a light”. The trio of thugs hurled verbal abuse at her before pushing her to the floor and kicking her as she walked close to a tunnel which links the road to the Batley Mill Village complex. The suspects – who left the victim with serious facial injuries – were described by police as Asian males. Police took action this week after the victim shared details of her ordeal on social media, accusing officers of not being interested in her plight and refusing to investigate the attack as a racially-motivated incident. Her post was later removed from Facebook. Officers are now appealing for anyone with any information to come for-
