The Paloma (Nix the Tequila)
Ingredients:
1.5 ounces of lime juice (fresh if possible, but we don’t judge)

1 ounce of grapefruit juice
1 ounce of sparkling water or club soda
1 ounce of agave syrup (or your sweetener of choice)
A pinch of sea salt
Recipe:
Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass you’re using and dip the glass into a small dish of salt.
Combine the lime juice, grapefruit juice, and sweetener in a cocktail shaker (or a Mason jar) and shake until the shaker/jar becomes noticeably cold.
Pour the contents of the shaker/jar into your glass over two or three ice cubes.
Garnish with either a lime or grapefruit wedge.
Give your liver a much-needed break.
