Knowing that time is precious to you, we have now integrated our support services to ensure that patient care is delivered seamlessly within a single location. • Automated Queue System We have now incorporated your preplanned treatment itinerary as part of the queue ticket. With this new technology, your entire journey within the clinic is
now represented by just a single queue number. Self-registration kiosks are available onsite to help speed up the registration process for all repeat visit patients. • Pharmacy Services For first visit patients, the review of current medications happens at the beginning of your journey, even prior to the doctor’s consultation. This new process allows our doctors to ensure that appropriate medications are prescribed in accordance with the pharmacist’s review. • Payment The payment process has been streamlined to reduce waiting time. Payment is now consolidated in a single counter. You will also have the option of wireless payment.

Diabetes and Endocrine
Pain Management
The Diabetes and Endocrine Clinic manages a full spectrum of endocrine and metabolic diseases.
The Pain Management Clinic is a collaboration amongst the traditional pain services of TTSH. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to the management of chronic pain syndromes, which coordinates pharmacotherapy, functional rehabilitation, pain psychology and interventional pain procedures for optimal pain management.
General Medicine The General Medicine Clinic provides care to patients with undifferentiated conditions and multiple complicated medical diagnoses.
Haematology The Haematology Clinic comprises experienced haematologists, haematology nurses and medical technologists. Together with the laboratory, we offer a comprehensive range of tests that will first accurately define a haematological problem. Our haematologists and nurses will then co-ordinate with relevant clinical and paraclinical services to manage your haematological problem holistically. We are experienced in managing all types of benign haematological problems and a wide range of haematologic malignancies using up-todate therapeutic protocols.
Infectious Disease The Infectious Disease Clinic provides care in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of infectious diseases, post-infectious exposure and outbreak case management.
Psychological Medicine The Psychological Medicine Clinic provides psychiatric management for individuals who suffer from psychiatric disorders such as depression disorders, anxiety and panic disorders, psychosis, somatoform disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders and disorders in the elderly and medically ill, including dementia with behavioural disturbances.
Renal Medicine The Renal Medicine Clinic provides care in the diagnosis, investigation, evaluation and treatment of patients with kidney diseases, including general nephrology, glomerular diseases, haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis (PD) and kidney transplant.
Respiratory & Critical Care Medicine The Respiratory & Critical Care Medicine Clinic provides comprehensive consultative, diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with airway and lung diseases.
