Implementation of e-flow systems for hospitals, laboratories, restaurants and government waiting rooms. ( http://www.sidesys.com ) This includes data gathering to describe the proposed implementation of a solution for the flow of patients or clients, enhance the image of the sites, as a better experience for their clients, employees and visitors. The solution allows to identify how the various factors involved in the process influence the quality of the same, so that it can consistently identify opportunities to improve their levels of care and evaluation of actual record of people movements. Implementing an e-Flow solution allowed to plan the care process from when a client makes an appointment, at the time when he arrives at the facility, while waiting, during the attention and after. In addition, this system allows supervisors to know the details of the situation in real time via their management screens, alerting them to when the situations unexpected or unacceptable. Finally, all the information generated can be presented in historical reports either tabular or graphic classifying them according to their content in the areas for business Intelligence such as: Productivity: Number of patients, number of services etc., Service Features: Waiting times, number of people waiting etc. Operating Efficiency: transaction times, performance of operators etc Through e-flow we made the generation of content to show up in screens, within rows management system which were intended for the management software for e-Flow rows. This was used for the administration of guidelines that where scheduled within each screen and to be transmitted individually to reach content for: Internal Communication, prevention programs with sponsorships, commercials, entertainment spots and internal communication for employees.
