We’re sure you’ll have a great time at our Burns Supper. Below are the terms we ask you to agree to before confirming your booking (just tick the box on the online booking form). Before you arrive: Confirming your booking We require your full payment of £45.00 per person at the time of confirmation to complete your booking for the Burns Supper. In the event this is not received, your reservation will be cancelled. Payment All rates include VAT. Payment for your group should be made in one transaction either by calling in with credit/debit card details, or by BACS. Room Requests Should you wish to book accommodation, please do get in touch with our Events team on 01764 651569. On the 24th January 2019, our rates are: Standard Rooms @ £109.00 Bed & Breakfast Feature Rooms @ £129.00 Bed & Breakfast (based on two people sharing a room) Dietary Requirements We ask that you tell us the full name of the guests and their dietary requirements (including vegetarian) no later than 14 days prior to your event. Guests Due to licensing laws, party goers over the age of 18 only will be served alcohol. Peebles Hydro advocate “Challenge 25.” Groups of 10 or more will be seated on more than one table. Groups less than 10 may be required to share with other parties. Cancellations All payments made towards your party night are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed against other products and services. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your evening, a full refund will be made. On the evening: Beverage Due to licensing laws, only alcoholic drinks purchased from the hotel may be consumed on the property. Any alcohol brought into the hotel will confiscated for the evening. Guest Behaviour Our Burns Supper is all about having a good time, and we want your and your party to have a great evening. Should any of your party behave in an offensive manner, we reserve the right to refuse entry, or cancel their stay.
Damage We reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card for any damage incurred. Should additional bedroom cleaning be required a charge of ÂŁ100.00 per room will be applied. Smoking Our hotel is smoke free with dedicate areas outside each entrance of the main hotel building. The penalty for smoking in your room is ÂŁ150.00 per day plus the loss of earning for the following room night.
