FAQs for Peebles Hydro Christmas Party Nights When is my balance due? Your final balance is due by 1st October. Balance payments for each group should be made in a single transaction too, so you’ve no need to worry about any individual payments. Just contact us on 01764 651569 to make payment for your group over the phone or by bank transfer. When do you need my rooming list? Your rooming list is due by 1st October. You’ll want all your arrangements to be perfect so you can relax and enjoy your night. We’re here to take care of the details. We’ll need: Name of each party member Details of who your guests prefer to share with If you’d prefer a single room with a single bed it’s only an extra £10.00 per room. Or if you prefer to have a double room on your own it will be an additional £35.00 per room mid-week or £55.00 per room on Friday and Saturdays. Any other arrangements or preferences – please, just ask. We’re here to help. What time is check-in/check-out? Check-in is from 4pm although you’re welcome to use the resort facilities from midday on your arrival day. Check-out is 11am. Late departures can be organised during your stay – just ask at Reception. When are pre-dinner drinks? Join us for a glass of fizz in the lounge at 7.00pm followed by dinner in the Restaurant at 7.30pm sharp. We’ll take your orders on the night. If anyone in your group has any allergies let us know by 1st October. How can I pay for my drinks? Drinks can be purchased by cash, credit or debit card or add them to your room account to be paid on departure. Take away the stress by pre-ordering your drinks; we’ll have our pre-order forms over to you in advance of your stay. So you can make the most of your stay, we’ll take a £50.00 per day authorisation on check in. Don’t worry if you don’t use it all, the remaining balance will return to your account within a few days of check out. When the night ends, where can we continue the party? Our bar is the place to go when the dancing ends – it’s open into the wee small hours.
When is breakfast served? Breakfast is served in the Dining Room from 07.30am-10.00am. We have a buffet selection of both a hearty full cooked and continental for you and your guests. Do you have WI-FI? Yes! Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel – and it’s free. Open your browser, log in and away you go. Where is your nearest cash machine? You’ll find a cash machine in town (it’s just a short walk), there is a Royal Bank of Scotland and a Bank of Scotland. What is the dress code for the party? Dress to impress!
