NEWS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF LAKELINE RANCH

Hello

LAKELINE RANCH RESIDENTS, I hope you are all are having a pleasant summer. The heat has done a number on the grass and of course the drought we are experiencing makes it that much worse. Please bear with us on the appearance of the grass and we will get it looking a little better in the fall. The association has held a couple of community meetings at the pavilion recently and it was nice to see the increased turnout, we think this may be due to the signs that we have posted prior to meetings. We will continue to place the signs a few days ahead of the meetings so keep an eye out for them and then come to the meetings and let us hear your ideas to improve the community. Please check the open items section in the newsletter. We have begun to list items of concern that the board is working on related to repairs, improvements, rules, etc. I encourage you to read this section to stay current on what is happening in the community. Please enjoy the rest of the summer and stay safe out there. Respectfully, Bob Hammerbach LLR HOA Board Member
