April has flown by faster than expected but the board has made considerable progress. A few highlights on current activities. FENCE PROGRAM
We are making every effort to get the program launched in May, but there is a possibility that it won›t get started until June. In any case, the whole job should not take more than 12 weeks and we will strive valiantly to have done before school starts. The Board is very excited about this program as it is fruition of seven or eight years of never ending discussion and debate. We will all be glad when it is over and the Meadows will look a whole lot better because of it. Getting the ball rolling Williamson County was contacted and an easement has been obtained to allow direct access to the fences being upgraded. On April 30th a meeting was called to present the program directly to the affected homeowners. We invited “Fencecrete America” our selected fence contractor to present their available products and services including, construction details, warranty information, gate costs, maintenance requirements, etc. Financially each homeowner was asked to cover part of the upgrade cost based on the on age of the fence.
