Holiday Wrap-Up What an amazing success for each of our Holiday events! We had a huge turnout as expected to our Tour of Lights. We served we estimate between 450-500 residents! Huge thanks to Gerald from Bellinis who served treats and Hot Cider, to Demetria at Highland Homes for serving us Hot Cocoa and Cider. Thank you Staton Shed for stepping in as Santa this year! Our live music was a last minute cancellation due to illness, but hope you didn’t mind the improvised recorded music. How festive our neighborhood is with all the decorated homes! It made our decision for hayride routes very difficult indeed. The lights contest was a huge task for our local Judges and we thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules. We hope you and your families enjoyed the sights of our neighborhood. Thank you Gerald and Suzy from Bellinis, Michael and Niata from Roosters Men’s Grooming and Robert and his family from Koko Fit Club! Wanted: Newsletter Editor Hi neighbors! Are you looking for an easy way to get involved with the neighborhood? I’ve been the newsletter editor for the last 3 years and am ready to pass the torch to someone new. Editing the newsletter is a simple way to give back to our great neighborhood! You don’t need any special publishing skills- we partner with our publisher and they do all the hard work. A desire to help, access to a computer and a small time commitment each month is all that you need. I work full time, have two young children and go to school and this has been the perfect way for me to be involved in my community- the time commitment is minimal and you can do everything from home. This would even be a great job for a responsible teen or college student to take on and build their resume! If you are interested in being the next newsletter editor, please let me know!
