Board Report The Board has been busy approving maintenance and repairs to reopen the pool. New equipment was installed to monitor the chemicals and updated rules have been posted on new signs.

A developer is seeking approval from the City of Cedar Park to build a mini storage facility on the property between Twin Creeks and Bella Vista with an entrance off of Dies Ranch Road. The facility will be clearly visible from the homes located at the end of Orsobello Place and Corabella Place. The Board is requesting volunteers to monitoring the request and talk with the developer about his plans for lighting and landscaping of the property that is adjacent to Bella Vista.

Beginning in April, the monthly Board meetings will begin at 6:00 pm at the RealManage office (10800 Pecan Park Blvd, Suite, 100, Austin, TX 78750) on the first Wednesday of each month and a notice will be posted on the Bella Vista website at least 3 days before the meeting. If you would like to receive an email of the meeting notice, please register on the Bella Vista website under “email bulletins.”
