All these events that affect the appearance of your home—and, thus, our neighborhood— need to be approved. We appreciate all of you who have followed our deed restrictions. We want to thank Judy Gordon for being our Chaparral Management representative. Judy is retiring after a distinguished career at Chaparral. We welcome Stacy Johnston who will be our new representative.
