Klein High Orchestra Presents Fifth annual

“Taste of Klein”

Come join the award winning Klein High School Orchestra for an evening of fine food and outstanding musical entertainment! Our annual fundraiser “Taste of Klein” is a sampling feast featuring signature dishes from some of our area’s restaurants. In addition we have silent auction and raffle items. You will also be entertained by Chamber ensembles of our very talented orchestra students! This concert and fundraiser pays the cost of our Master Teacher Series which brings area musicians into the school to interact with our students. The Klein High School orchestra program currently has 185 students involved in five different performing groups. This musical organization has a fine tradition of performing excellent quality musical works as well as building teamwork concepts and individual character. The KHS Orchestra has been named the Texas Honor Orchestra four times, and has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York, DAR Constitution Hall in Washington DC, and Symphony Hall in Chicago.

St. Ignatius Women’s Club 19th Annual Holiday Bazaar St. Ignatius Women’s Club will host their 19th Annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Make plans now to drop off your RECYCLING* items and come shop from the many vendors for handcrafted items, Fall and Christmas specialties, our fabulous homemade Bake Shop, jewelry, children’s toys, clothing, fantastic raffle prizes and more! Stop by the Attic Treasures Booth (hosted by the Women’s Club in the Christus Center) to discover a gently used Treasure. Bring your camera and take pictures with Santa from 12-2pm!
