HOA Dues Increase In October, the Board voted to increase our 2014 HOA dues 4.5% over last year. This is due in part to inflation and also to make sure that we are planning properly for adequate reserves to cover future capital expenditures to avoid the need for special assessments. Listed below are some common elements that are likely to require capital repair or replacement in the future: • Parking lots at Via Sonoma Pool and Barefoot Park • Metal fences along greenbelt lots • Wood fence along Rusk Road • Concrete perimeter walls • Playground equipment at Via Sonoma Pool and Barefoot Park • Spillway at large pond • Retaining wall at Barefoot Pool • Entrance monuments • Pavilion at small pond • Via Sonoma pool house o Restrooms o Doors and windows • Barefoot pool house Copyright © 2013 Peel, Inc.

o Restrooms o Door and window • Via Sonoma pool o Pool decks o Pool fence o Mechanical equipment • Barefoot pool o Pool deck o Pool shade o Mechanical equipment o Water slide Beginning in 2014, we plan to replace the existing cedar fence along Rusk Rd. with concrete fence to match the rest of Sonoma's perimeter fence. Please visit our website, look over the 2014 budget and contact the Board if you have any questions. The Board strives to keep our neighborhood competitive with other subdivisions in our area.
