the regular expenses, such as electricity for streetlights, watering landscaping and paying our contractor for landscape maintenance, running the pool, etc. We anticipated other large expenses including repairing Tennis Courts 3 and 4 (not on the major scale of the renovation of Courts 1 and 2), possibly re-plastering the pool, powder-coating the pool furniture, and completing the hedge on T.C. Jester. We will not raise the yearly fee for 2014. It will remain at $700. Chaparral Management will be mailing the statements. All residents of TNW can take credit for the solvency of TNW. We are good citizens who pay our fees so that our neighborhood can be maintained and improved.
Report of Meeting Held Tuesday, November 12 Submitted by Sharon Natenberg
Architectural Review and Deed Restrictions: There have been 86 requests for home improvements. We thank Dan Winters for guiding your requests through the review process.
Security: The Constable reported that the month was very quiet until one night when three cars were vandalized. Windows were broken. All of the cars were on the street. Some were unlocked with valuables inside. These burglaries happened on streets off Terranova West Drive close to Louetta. Landscape rocks were stolen from a new construction site in Villa Nova. Vinyl convertible roofs were slashed on Woodville. A credit card was used without consent. Call the Constable with any suspicious incidents. There were 79 tickets issued. Miles driven on patrol were 1588.
Neighborhood News: Our neighbors in Spring Creek Oaks are also questioning Precinct 4 on the installation of stoplights along T.C. Jester. Approximately 200 people met with Commissioner Cagel. Just as our TNW Board Members questioned the validity of the information the Precinct is using to justify the installation of the stoplights, Spring Creek Oaks residents also questioned the plan. We urge all residents to be involved. Call any of your TNW Board members for information. “Love Louetta” is a new group forming to promote a secure, prosperous, and beautiful business and residential area along Louetta Road. The group welcomes all interested residents. Check our TNW website for more information.
Budget Review: The Board, under the direction of Peter Vogel, our treasurer, and Stacy Johnston of Chaparral Management, did a thorough review of the expenses for 2014. We considered
