LAST ISSUE The Board of Directors is announcing the end of our relationship with PEEL, Inc, the company that produces this newsletter. This will be the final issue of the newsletter. We have utilized PEEL to produce the newsletter since 2009 and due to the decline in advertising in our area, PEEL gave us notice they are ending the business relationship. The BOD has decided to discontinue a hard-copy newsletter and spend more time using electronic means (e-mail blasts and the websites http://www.spectrumam. com and www.wildhorsecommunity.com) to keep the community informed. In addition, residents are reminded owners are required to keep an updated e-mail address with the property owners’ association to receive notice of regular or special board meetings. The Association adopted a “e-mail registration resolution’ back in 2011 and recently resigned it to comply with the Texas Property Code (Section 209.0051(e)(2)(B)).
