BOARD OF DIRECTORS Message The Spring 2014 FCIII Board of Directors meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 12th at the Forest Creek Golf Club (99 Twin Ridge Parkway) from 6:30 to 8:00pm. Please be on the lookout in the days prior to the meeting for an email or social media post confirming the date and time in case of unforeseen events. Residents are invited to attend and are welcome to bring any issues or concerns that they would like to personally discuss to us. Additionally, always feel free to submit any questions or concerns at any times to your Board of Directors via email, through Plateau Management or personally through Nextdoor.com. reports at the time that the study determined that the intersection warranted a light and was scheduled to receive one in the near future. We can confirm that Travis County is recommending that the light be funded but that funding has not yet been approved. The project is scheduled to come up for review by Travis County in August and would not be installed until early 2015 if approved. Look for additional details and information in future months as we learn them. Reminder: The FC3 athletic field work is well underway as the grass seed has been spread and the concrete drainage channels are in place. We remind everyone to please stay off of the field until it is officially opened to allow for the seed to take and establish for long-term growth.

REMINDERS FROM THE ASSOCIATION MANAGER POOL/AMENITY CENTER ACCESS: The pool is now open for the season. If you are new to the community and have not received a pool access fob (tag) please contact Plateau at accesstags@plateaupropertymgmt.com. The charge for replacement fobs (tags) is $25.00. You must have a fob to access the pool area and tennis courts. WEEDS, WEEDS, WEEDS: Spring is here and the weeds are emerging and invading our common areas and yards. The Association is working with our landscape maintenance crew to address the common areas. We ask that all residents apply a weed treatment to your yards as well. You can purchase products from the home improvements stores and garden centers or you may prefer to hire a professional. Please do your part to help control the weeds in your community. ASSESSMENTS: Assessments are due quarterly in the amount of $105.00. Statements for the second quarter of 2014 have been mailed to all property owners. Non-payment of assessments can cause a lien to be filed against your property and lead to foreclosure. Legal and late fees are the responsibility of the property owner. If your account is referred to the association you will be responsible for the legal fees.
