PARK IMPROVEMENTS
You may have noticed some work going on at each of the parks in our community. If sod has not been installed at the new park (off of Meadow Marsh Dr), it will be shortly. Please try to have children use the trails/walkways as much as possible during the first 2 – 3 weeks of the sod being installed. The grass will be very wet during this time. There will be a 20’ x 20’ pavilion installed at the new park sometime during the month of May. To save money, we’ve decided to do a “community build”. If you’re interested in volunteering to help install the pavilion and picnic tables please email springcreekhoacec@gmail.com. One of the tennis courts has been converted into a multi-use court: two half-court basketball courts and a tennis court. A new push button code lock has been installed on the two gates to enter the multi-use courts. If you do not have the code please contact K&R Premier Property Management. Here are a few easy guidelines for the multi-use courts: • A responsible adult or mature adolescent over the age of 12 should supervise children using the courts under the age of 12. • Games are on a first come, first play basis. • Children are not to play with, climb or jump on the tennis court nets. • No hanging on the basketball rims and/or nets. • Please keep all rocks/debris off of the multi-use courts. • No bicycle riding, skateboarding, scooter riding or rollerblading on the multi-use courts.
