The FCIII HOA Board of Directors initiated a change in our management company to Goodwin Management effective September 1. All residents should have received a letter in the mail from our new property manager informing you about the change. Directions were included in that letter regarding how to submit your dues payments to Goodwin. Do not send payments to Plateau Property Management or prior payment accounts. Each household must individually edit or adjust any previously established payment methods over to the new management company - Goodwin. Your quarterly dues are due on October 1st as normal. Goodwin will no longer be
providing quarterly statements or bills to residents unless you are carrying a balance on your account. Each resident will receive a payment coupon book for the year prior to 2015 to assist in making your quarterly payments if you are not using an electronic or automatic option. The BOD is excited for this change of management companies and we anticipate improvements in numerous areas for us all. As with all changes, unforeseen growing pains may arise during the transition period and we ask for your understanding and cooperation as we address any issues.
