BOARD REPORT MAY 2015
The Board met in March and April and minutes for all meetings are posted to the Bella Vista website after Board approval the following month. Annexation – As a result of the annexation, all of the real estate in Bella Vista and Twin Creeks will be rezoned from Development Reserve (DR) to Single Family Residential (SF2). To complete the process, re-zoning notices for 5 different tracts of land will be mailed to all property owners and posted in the local newspapers. You are not required to take any action or attend any meetings. This zoning designation change will not impact our insurance or taxes. Please contact any of the Board if you have any questions. City Services – You can easily report issues to the City on their website (http://www.cedarparktexas.gov/index. aspx?page=41) and the list of issues includes abandon vehicles, animal problems, noise, litter, potholes, etc. Convenience Store - As you may have noticed, clearing of the lot next to the storage for construction of a convenience store and gas station. As previously reported the business will not be open 24x7 and new turning lanes will be installed along Anderson Mill and Dies Ranch so traffic will not be

impeded. We are checking with LISD to confirm when bus service will be discontinued for the middle school and high school students in Bella Vista. Landscaping – The Board approved additional landscape improvements along the perimeter fence on Dies Ranch Road to replace various plants lost in the drought. We are also looking at landscape improvements within the pool area and we hope you enjoy the new colorful plantings. Recreation – Please mark your calendars with the 2015 events which are listed in this issue. Annual Meeting – The date is set for June 3 and more information will be provided via email and regular mail. Please consider volunteering to serve on the Board or a committee and have a voice in your community. The next Board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 18 (6 pm) at the RealManage office, 9601 Amberglen Blvd, Suite 150, Bldg G, Austin TX 78729 (next to Lifetime Fitness on RR 620 service road).
