President's Message There is not much to report at this time. The playground is now almost complete. We are still looking at upgrading the benches and tables since rust is not really viewed as an element of beauty. With that, we will be done with the big spending and just be covering the regular maintenance tasks such as repairing the sprinkler systems around the common areas (a much too common matter.) We've started back with Yard of the Month one month earlier than usual, mainly due to the quick warm-up we've had this Spring. The first one went to a yard on Valley Scene, the next to Rosebud Ridge. There are several more on Valley Scene who are in the running for the next months. The rest of us need to get out there and try to match them or they may develop a monopoly on this.

Only other thing is about the gigantic trash and recycle bins (again). Most have worked out a way to store them out of sight---some haven't (and some of those have three car garages). Â The board doesn't have a solid recommendation yet, but will by the annual homeowners' meeting in July. The present line of thinking is putting them on the side of the house, blocked by a small fence or, perhaps, a relatively large decorative plant. We are open to any suggestions. That's all. See you on the streets, Dick Leonard
