From the Property Manager ASCENSION PROPERTY MANAGMENT Travis Country West is one of our premiere communities. The quality of the people and the involvement that comes from this HOA is better than most. We would like to recognize those in the community that serve on the Board of Directors, The Architectural Control Committee and Social Committees, without you our job would be nearly impossible. Our job as Property Managers is to help support these volunteers and make sure the proper decisions are getting made, and ensure that they are best interest of the HOA. Thanks for your support of these volunteers. Did you know..... Your HOA is a non-profit corporation in which you own shares. Your home value is your share in the corporation. Homeowners: Their role is that of investor. Each homeowner is investing their money in a product that serves a vital purpose, and also provides security for their invested dollars. As with any commercial security, there are rules of use and obligation that accompany

the investment; such is the case with HOA rules. Property Management Company: Their role is to manage the affairs of the corporation. The property manager enforces the rules put in place by the corporation; never does the management company make rules. Architectural Control Committee: Their role is to oversee proposed changes to the physical complexion of the corporation. Any physical change that is not in conformity and harmony with the security itself devalues the security, and affects every share. Other Committees- Bring about unity and community to the organization so that everyone can live and work together. Please do your part and help your non-profit corporation be a successful place to live!! Paul & Melissa Yehl admin@ascensionpm.com Ascension Property Management LLC P.O.
