The Travis Country West Board of Directors has established the following meeting schedule for 2016: February 2, May 3, August 2, and November 1. The annual meeting is slated for May 16. Board meeting agendas will continue to be emailed to all owners with email addresses on file, and will be posted on the neighborhood website (www.traviscountrywest.org). The annual meeting notice will be mailed to all addresses on file. Please attend Board meetings as much as possible. The operations of the HOA are handled, and input from residents is valuable. At any time, you may contact Ascension Property Management with questions, requests, and concerns to be quickly handled or, when necessary, passed on to the Board.
To ensure timely receipt of communications, please make sure Ascension Property Management is updated any time your email or phone number changes. If you have an alternate mailing address, make sure APM is abreast of any changes.
2016 Dues are Due If you have not paid your 2016 dues yet, please remember there is a grace period through January 30th. After that date, payments are considered late and a late fee will be charged to all accounts with an outstanding balance. Follow the payment instructions that were included in your dues statement mailing, and allow sufficient time for your payment to arrive at BB&T Bank in Orlando, FL. If you have not received your statement, contact Ascension Property Management immediately. They will be able to email a copy of the dues statement to you.
Big Timber Mailbox Light As of the time this article is being drafted, the contractor that will install the light at the Big Timber mailbox cluster is projecting installation in the next 1-2 weeks, which is a push-out date from the previous update. It is our hope that the light will be in place and operational by January 1, 2016.
