BOARD REPORT February 2016 issue

At the January Board meeting the Board approved replacement of pool filter materials which will clean the water more effectively and efficiently. The Board also approved repainting the monuments at the Campanello Way entrance. The City of Cedar Park is adding LED bulbs to the street lights which should provide greater visibility. Please note that HOA policy requires that all holiday decorations be removed 45 days after the applicable holiday. According to the HOA deed restrictions, all trash and recycle receptacles must be stored out of site from the street.
