Attempted Daytime Break-in Reported A Hunter's Chase resident recently reported an attempted break-in during the day while the resident was actually at home! While the neighborhood remains a safe area, there are occasional incidents like this that warrant concern, and precaution. Remember to keep garage doors down, gates to backyards closed, secured and locked if possible, and consider keeping a car parked in the driveway to give the appearance of someone being at home. Also, keep all vehicles locked, even when parked in your driveway. These steps won't always stop would-be thieves, but they could deter them from your property. And always report suspicious individuals or activity to 311 or 911.
