LOEN Ladies Club
Since 2005 the LOEN Ladies Club has been providing the women of LOEN with the opportunity to meet their neighbors and cultivate friendships. We do this by offering monthly activity group get-togethers including game groups, book clubs, and social gatherings. General meetings are only held a few times a year so that the entire club can gather to socialize, share great food, and discuss club business. We welcome LOEN ladies, whether you are a new or established resident, to reach out and find out more about us. Some activity groups meet during the day and others in the evenings, to try to accommodate all different types of schedules. The groups that meet during the day are Bridge, Daytime Book Club, Brunch Bunch, and Explorers. Our evening groups are Bunco, Book Club, Dinner Club and Girls Night Out. Our Angels on LOEN group is a community support group that provides meals to residents as needed due to illness, injury, or other special circumstances. We also facilitate a Men’s Group for LOEN Men. If you would like more information or are just not quite sure that you’re ready to join, you can contact us for more information via email or ask how you can attend one of our activity groups as a visitor. Then, if you like us, you can join the Ladies Club! Dues are only $25 per year. Visitors are always welcomed at our general meetings and new members are accepted at any time during the year. ANOTHER GREAT SWIM TEAM SEASON LOE DOLPHINS SWIM TEAM!
It’s hard to believe that the season is already half over! The swimmers are off to a great start and there is still a lot more fun ahead for all involved! Thanks to our coaches for all their hard work getting our swimmers ready for the meets and thanks to all our volunteers for making our events run smoothly. For the latest information, please go to our website and click on “Meets and Events.” Come give us your support and cheer on our wonderful swimmers! After the season ends, and our last meet was June 10th, we will be offering a Fall Swim Program for swimmers looking for conditioning and stroke development. Please check our website in late June for more information. LOE wishes to thank the Dolphins for their hard work and dedication to their team and for being such a great partner in the planning and use of the LOE facilities for their home meets.
