Trash and debris can blow in your yard after trash pickup. Be a good neighbor by picking up trash around your property and prevent debris from going into the Lake.

Clovers and weeds are in season. Consider applying weed and feed to your lawns to control the growth of these grasses.

Trash and recycling bins must be put away after trash pickup on Mondays and Thursdays.

•

4 Dog waste stations are located around the lake. Please be sure to pick up after your furry friend.

No food or trash allowed in the dog waste stations. Cardiff has provided several trash cans around the lake, park and clubhouse for wrappers and empty containers.

Gym members be sure to clean and sanitize the equipment after each use. TV must to be turned off and remote placed back on top of the box for the next member. Reminder: No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the gym. No food, dirty diapers or toys allowed. Repeated violators will have gym access taken away. Left something behind?

Ft-Bend MUD 58 and Board members generously donated 4 lake benches, 4 dog waste stations and colored lake water to Cardiff Ranch. On February 19, 2018, the concrete pads were formed for the benches and were inspected by KGA architects. The residents of Cardiff Ranch can enjoy and relax by the water and take in the view. We would like to take a moment to thank Ft-Bend MUD 58 for their donations and gratitude towards our small community.
