WELCOME CENTER TEAM

Many of you may have worked with Elyson’s dedicated Welcome Center team during your home search process. In case you did not have the pleasure of meeting this wonderful team of women, we wanted you to know what they do in Elyson. The team is at the Welcome Center (located inside Elyson House) 7 days a week to help home shoppers learn more about what Elyson has to offer and to answer questions about the community. They are always happy to give a tour of Elyson House to any of your friends or family. Most of the team has been with Elyson since the grand opening in Fall 2016, and the community is near and dear to all of them. The Welcome Center team is happy to answer resident’s questions as well, but the HOA should be the main point of contact for residents. Unfortunately, because the Welcome Center team is separate from the HOA, they are not able to issue key cards, rent the meeting space, handle maintenance concerns/requests or answer specific questions about your account. Those can all handled by the HOA. For any HOA related questions or needs, please visit www.MyElyson.com. 6
